Project Manager

Onyx One is the online platform responsible for the registration, qualification and training of contractors working for major clients. It is a Contractor Management System with a focus on safety and quality. Onyx is an SME with ambition. We work with the largest companies and we are rightly proud of that! Will you join us in our adventure? We are looking for a Project Manager.

Function

Your main and primary focus is to support our customers in using our online platform Onyx One. For this you must:

Getting to know Onyx One from A to Z.
Thoroughly understand the business processes and customer needs.
Analyze how Onyx One can fill these needs.
Derive from customer questions how we can improve Onyx One.
Discuss with the Onyx One Program Manager the feasibility of any additional features.
Provide training so that the customer can work independently with Onyx One.
You will form a close team with colleagues from Customer Care and Implementation. Together you are responsible for helping the customers use Onyx One.

Profile

You have a great affinity and interest in using software packages.
You have experience with various business processes.
Your thinking is analytical and solution-oriented.
You are very customer-oriented, no effort is too much for you. We always go for a satisfied customer.
You are strong in organization and planning.
You take initiative and are a strong communicator.
You are empathetic and can work both independently and as part of a team.
You speak and write perfect Dutch and English. French is a plus.
