Each company has its own security story. Contractors often work for several companies. Thus, they are faced with an overdose of HSE information, with specific rules at multiple locations. Learning a company’s safety rules takes time. And contractors and subcontractors don’t have or spend that time. Consequence? Safety rules are not followed, resulting in incidents and accidents.
