You will lead consultative sales conversations with companies where contractor compliance, safety, and operational control are business-critical. You will help prospects rethink how they manage contractors across sites and translate complex operational challenges into a clear and credible value story. You will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across your region. You will manage multi-stakeholder sales processes, build trusted relationships with decision-makers, and contribute directly to our European growth. You will work closely with another Business Development Manager and be supported by an internal SDR, Marketing, product specialists, implementation experts, and leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-circles\">\n<li>Develop new business across targeted industrial sectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build relationships with stakeholders such as Safety Directors, Procurement Leaders, Operations Managers, and Plant Managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn customer challenges into a strong business case with clear operational value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Position Onyx One as a combination of technology, service, and operational support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities for long-term growth across sites, business units, and regions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent Onyx One at relevant industry events and in the market Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-your-profile\">Your profile<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-3003c38e wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#bcd1d136;padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-circles\">\n<li>You are commercially strong, curious, and credible in industrial environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You know how to engage both operational teams and senior decision-makers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can navigate complex buying processes, build trust, and move opportunities forward in a structured way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have proven experience in B2B solution sales. Experience in compliance, safety, industrial technology, or services is a strong plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You bring a strong track record in new business development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have experience with multi-stakeholder sales processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have a consultative sales approach and a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have strong communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can work autonomously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are fluent in English and Dutch, and have a decent grasp of French.
