Omdat dit perfect kadert in onze change management nieuwsbrief delen we het artikel graag opnieuw.<\/p>\n<p>Ondertussen werken meer dan 1000 Umicore contractoren met het Onyx One systeem.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Virginie Herbert, Project Manager Business Excellence bij Umicore:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMet meer dan 400 contractorfirma\u2019s en 4500 contractormedewerkers om te kwalificeren en op te volgen, stond Umicore voor een immense uitdaging. Er werd een multidisciplinaire werkgroep opgericht. Na een grondige analyse, referentiebezoeken bij BASF en Pfizer en een cross-check, hebben we het contractorplatform Onyx One weerhouden, een all-in-one platform van eigen bodem. Het systeem staat in voor het kwalificeren van de (sub)contractorfirma\u2019s enerzijds en voor de persoonlijke kwalificatie van de uitvoerende contractoren anderzijds. Om het hele veranderingsproces vlot te laten verlopen opteerden we voor een aanpak in 4 etappes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pilootfase<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nScope = 3 pilootcontractoren en hun respectievelijke subcontractoren.<br \/>\nResultaat: 40 bedrijven + 500 contractormedewerkers + 822 aanmeldingen.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Roll-out 1<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nScope = onboarding van 33 contractoren en hun respectievelijke subcontractoren.<br \/>\nResultaat: 85 bedrijven + 1.700 contractormedewerkers + 3.300 aanmeldingen.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Roll-out 2<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nScope = onboarding van 100 contractoren en hun respectievelijke subcontractoren.<br \/>\nResultaat: 255 bedrijven + 2.000 contractormedewerkers + 4.200 aanmeldingen.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Roll-out 3<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nScope = onboarding van resterende contractoren.<br \/>\nResultaat: 700 goedgekeurde bedrijven + 5.000 contractormedewerkers + 20.000 aanmeldingen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wat waren de aandachtspunten?\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Er zijn toch wel heel specifieke aandachtspunten bij het doorvoeren van zo&#8217;n verandering: zoals de werkgroep (projectgroep) &#8216;on track&#8217; houden en het volgen van een uitdagende planning. De defini\u00ebring van een duidelijke scope bleek gedurende heel het traject belangrijk. Verder werd extra aandacht besteed aan het overtuigen van de hele organisatie en het defini\u00ebren van de vereiste begeleiding. Door steeds opnieuw het &#8216;waarom&#8217; en het &#8216;wat&#8217; van het project te herhalen, slaagden we erin de neuzen in dezelfde richting te krijgen. Voldoende tijd investeren in het aanleren\/uitleggen \u00e9n herhalen van de nieuwe manier van werken, aan de interne en externe medewerkers, was van cruciaal belang. De succesfactoren? De regelmatige communicatie naar de verschillende doelgroepen en het actief betrekken van &#8216;key persons&#8217;.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wat heeft het ons opgebracht?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We beschikken nu over accuratere data en duidelijke criteria. We organiseren onze prekwalificatie volgens een eenduidig proces. We hebben bovendien een instrument voor opvolging. En dit alles met software die niet te complex is. Meer dan 200 interne medewerkers en ook onze preventiedienst gebruiken het systeem om hun contractoren op te volgen.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><p>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Onyx One is een contractor management system, ontwikkeld in Belgi\u00eb, in samenwerking met en voor de Europese industrie. Onyx One stroomlijnt het werken met derden.<br \/>\nBij het implementeren van Onyx One wordt bijzonder veel aandacht besteed aan het change management proces.
