Zij zorgt ervoor dat de implementatie van Onyx One succesvol verloopt. Ze is het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en co\u00f6rdineert de werkzaamheden van het projectteam. Amelie heeft inzicht in de verschillende aspecten en fasen van het change management proces en begeleidt, indien de klant dat wilt, het communcatietraject.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><h4>Verandering heeft tijd nodig<\/h4><\/p>\n<p><p>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Amelie:<\/span><\/strong> &#8220;Verandering vraagt om aanvaarding en een aanvaardingsproces vraagt tijd. Wat we niet kennen, wijzen we vaak resoluut af. Het succes van veranderen ligt in het stapsgewijs aanbrengen en uitdiepen van de hervorming. In het aantonen van de noodzaak van het doorvoeren van een nieuwe manier van werken. Als de beoogde doelgroep de tijd krijgt om te &#8216;begrijpen&#8217; zal de verandering vlot en volledig aanvaard worden. Aanvaarding is de sleutel tot en de hoogste vorm van veranderen.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><h4>Plannen is cruciaal<\/h4><\/p>\n<p><p>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Amelie:<\/span><\/strong> &#8220;Weten welke kansen en uitdagingen zo\u2019n veranderingsproces met zich meebrengt is echt noodzakelijk. Breng het bereik in kaart. Hoe groot is deze verandering? Op hoeveel mensen heeft dit een impact? Gaat het om een geleidelijke of radicale verandering? Ga ook na of je medewerkers klaar zijn voor verandering. Wat is het de achtergrond van de betrokken groep en welke soort weerstand kan worden verwacht? Hoeveel veranderingen zijn er al aan de gang?&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><h4>Cre\u00eber bewustzijn<\/h4><\/p>\n<p><p>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Amelie:<\/span><\/strong> &#8220;Een eerste stap is het vergroten van het bewustzijn rond de noodzaak van verandering, dit zorgt voor meer betrokkenheid. Hoe we dat doen? Door de nadruk te leggen op het risico van niet veranderen. Bij het implementeren van Onyx One ligt de nadruk op de nadelen van het werken zonder modern contractorbeleid. Je verliest tijd, bent niet ingedekt tegen risico&#8217;s en hebt geen overzicht. De communicatie begint VOOR het doorvoeren van de verandering.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><h4>Je kan het niet alleen<\/h4><\/p>\n<p><p>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Amelie:<\/span><\/strong> &#8220;Wil je dat de verandering aanvaard wordt? Stel dan een projectteam samen met een vertegenwoordiger uit ELKE betrokken afdeling. Zo wordt iedere vorm van weerstand geblust voor het begint de branden. Want weerstand duidt vaak op onwetendheid. Wanneer je binnen elke afdeling iemand hebt die het proces ondersteunt, die antwoorden geeft op vragen en die twijfels wegneemt, wordt de weerstand snel en effici\u00ebnt omgebogen. Ook bedrijfsleiders en leidinggevenden spelen een cruciale rol bij het doorvoeren van change management. Het projectteam ontwikkelt een plan voor ondersteunende activiteiten. Het is haar rol de bedrijfsleiders te ondersteunen om deze plannen uit te voeren. Onderzoek toont aan dat actieve deelname de belangrijkste succesfactor is. Wat wordt bedoeld met actieve deelname? De bedrijfsleiders moeten, gedurende het hele proces, een coalitie van steun opbouwen. Met het management en de werknemers, maar ook met contractoren en onderaannemers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><h4>Zorg voor een goede training<\/h4><\/p>\n<p><p>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Amelie:<\/span><\/strong> &#8220;Training is de hoeksteen in het change management proces. Het zorgt voor het doordringen van de informatie. En ook voor het testen of de nieuwe vaardigheden aangeleerd werden en de doelgroep klaar is voor de volgende stap. Het is belangrijk om te zorgen dat medewerkers en derden op het juiste moment training volgen. Wat is het ideale moment voor training? Nadat de medewerker zich bewust is geworden van de noodzaak van verandering en zich engageert om de verandering te ondersteunen. De trainingsvereisten hangen af de vaardigheden, de kennis en de gedragingen die nodig zijn om de verandering te implementeren.
