Project manager<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

Your role<\/h3>\n

For close collaboration with a key account we are looking for a proactive, driven and customer-oriented Project Manager. Our client is active in a multinational environment, with focus on Health & Safety in the Oil & Gas industry.
\nYou are responsible for the management and further development of their Health & Safety program in which communication with a number of regional leads is central. You also conduct strategic plans in line with the mission of our customer.
\nYour task includes the following elements:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Communication with our customer and their regional leads
    \n\u2022 Examining specific questions\/needs of the customer
    \n\u2022 Advising on new business opportunities
    \n\u2022 Managing new projects, from implementation to completion
    \n\u2022 Advising with regards to continuous improvement of our platform and user experience<\/li>\n
  2. Communication with end users
    \n\u2022 Proactive support and guidance of end users and stakeholders at the moment ointroduction of new features in our platform (high-level helpdesk)
    \n\u2022 Communication about new actions
    \n\u2022 Follow up on actions and results
    \n3. Reportering to client
    \n\u2022 Create monthly reports or reports on demand
    \n\u2022 Analyzing monthly reporting and informing customer about deviating data<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
