It is a Contractor Management System with a focus on safety and quality. Onyx is an SME with ambition. We work with the largest companies and we are rightly proud of that! We are looking for a <strong>Project Manager.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:61px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-function\">Function<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your main and primary focus is to support our customers in using our online platform Onyx One. For this you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-circles\">\n<li>Getting to know Onyx One from A to Z.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thoroughly understand the business processes and customer needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze how Onyx One can fill these needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Derive from customer questions how we can improve Onyx One.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discuss with the Onyx One Program Manager the feasibility of any additional features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide training so that the customer can work independently with Onyx One.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will form a close team with colleagues from Customer Care and Implementation. Together you are responsible for helping the customers use Onyx One.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:61px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-profile\">Profile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-circles\">\n<li>You have a great affinity and interest in using software packages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have experience with various business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your thinking is analytical and solution-oriented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are very customer-oriented, no effort is too much for you. We always go for a satisfied customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are strong in organization and planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You take initiative and are a strong communicator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are empathetic and can work both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You speak and write perfect Dutch and English.
