It is a Contractor Management System with a focus on safety and quality. Onyx is an SME with ambition. We work with the largest companies and we are rightly proud of that! We are looking for a Customer Care Employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-function\">Function<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your main and primary focus is to support our customers in using our online platform Onyx One. For this you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-circles wp-block-list\">\n<li>Getting to know Onyx One from A to Z.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To advise and assist Onyx One users in the use of Onyx One.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Derive from customer questions how we can improve Onyx One for greater usability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discuss with the Onyx One product owner the feasibility of any additional functionality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able to write out the desired changes and communicate them to the product owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the implementation manager in parameterizing and setting up Onyx One for new customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide training to customers so that they can work independently with\r\nOnyx One to work independently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-profile\">Profile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-circles wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have a great affinity and interest in the use of software packages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are very customer-oriented, no effort is too much.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are stress-resistant and can deal diplomatically with customers who do not understand the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You think solution-oriented and are strong in briefing customer needs to the Product Owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are creative and come up with new ideas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You take initiative and are strong in communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can work both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You speak and write perfect Dutch, French and English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You live in Belgium, preferably region of East Flanders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-offer\">Offer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-circles
